Herald Series of Model Toy Soldiers, Produced by M.Zang - Life Guards (early issue), comprising: LG3 Mounted with Sword - figure has a black unmarked 1st type cellulose acetate Horse, moulded in two parts, with white painted sheepskin saddle - rare figure in this condition with detachable metal scabbard, LG4 Dismounted Standard Bearer, LG5 Dismounted Trumpeter and LG6 Dismounted with sword - figures are in Very Good plus lightly used condition with only minor wear - date to circa June 1953 - Provenance: from the Bedford collection of plastic toy soldiers [5 pieces]
