We aim to provide a high quality packing service and to charge our customers only the minimum amount or shipping and postage.
The majority of smaller items, with a value of up to £50 will be delivered by Royal Mail as a "small parcel" within a weight limit of up to 1kg [or 250g for international] as follows:
This standard "flat rate" service provides automatic compensation from Royal Mail of £20 and we always obtain the requisite proof of posting. For additional piece of mind for UK recorded/confirmed items please add £0.90 to your order. If in doubt, please contact us for a postage quote.
Multiple Purchases
If you purchase more than one item and the total weight does not exceed 1kg [250g international] and the total value does not exceed £50 then the above "flat rate" postage rates will still apply. If in doubt please contact us.
UK Special Delivery and Parcelforce
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available to UK buyers upon request with standard compensation up to £500. "Special Next Day Delivery" starts at £7.25. Large parcels will be sent by Parcelforce, upon request, providing compensation of up to £200. Additional compensation can be purchased if required - all items exceeding our standard flat rate postage charge will have a separate rate calculated within the item"s description - please contact us if in any doubt.
International Airmail
Standard Airmail prices for small parcels with a weight limit up to 2kg will vary - below is a selection of typical airmail prices:
Small parcels with a value in between £20 and £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed at an additional price (in addition to the Airmail price) as follows:
For compensation of up to £250 add £2.50 to the above Tracked & signed price. If in doubt please contact us by email for correct shipping rates.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 28 days and we will gladly make a full refund. Note that the buyer pays for the returm postage unless the item sold has not been correctly described.
