Herald Models – Previously unknown Painting Sample Set 03 – Indian [Sikh] Infantry with Sentry Boxes [Uncatalogued set circa, 1958], comprising: Sikh Corporal, 5 x Infantrymen at Attention & 2 x Sentry Boxes. Depicted in Dark Blue Jackets & Yellow Turbans a instead of the usual Red/Pale Blue scheme. One of a small number of sets known to exist, each representing the Sikhs in different Uniforms, a project abandoned when the Sikhs were not reintroduced following their deletion in 1958. Some minor paint chips otherwise near Mint overall, contained [strung- insert/end label stamped “sample”] in a Very Good Britains ROAN display box.
