SOLD Kayron Farm Horse in Harness – from the Lead Mould

Very rare Kayron smaller size Horse in harness – moulded in soft black plastic, with painted white ‘feathered’ hooves and brown harness, with silver detail – unmarked and thought by the late Ray Ellwood as possibly attributable to Trojan, but this is now thought unlikely – Dates to circa late 1950’s – in Very Good used condition for age with some paint loss and wear – previously only known to have been produced in lead or aluminium – the first plastic Kayron horse in harness (A.V.H. Toys or Olsen) we have come across in more than 40 years of collecting [Provenance: from the ‘Ray Ellwood’ collection]
