Herald “I’m A Swoppet!” Cowboy Wounded with Arrow Mounted – Boxed

Herald Models – early “I’M A SWOPPET!” card tagged Set no. 635 Cowboy wounded by arrow, mounted – 1958 issue with tan torso, brown legs and yellow neckerchief – Figure is in Good used condition overall, but note that the end of the rifle has broken off – Galloping brown horse is unusual in that all four legs have black painted hooves with white socks – the white saddle blanket is thought to be a very early fringed example – the veracity of the ‘I’m a Swoppet Model’ card tag is uncertain – contained in an a very good, crisp, red/black printed box with correct description label and packing tissue – price sticker for Macy’s department store USA – RARE only the second mounted cowboy we have found with early issue (1958) “I’m a Swoppet” speech bubble card tag [Provenance: from the ‘New South Wales’ Herald collection]
