Cherilea ‘Unbreakable’ Plastic Series – original 50mm cowboys (from the hollow-cast mould), matching pair, comprising: P/1 Cowboy firing pistol and P/3 Cowboy running with rifle raised overhead – moulded in dark chestnut brown plastic with, 1st type, small square recess to base – in Very Good used condition with fairly minor wear and paint loss – these early ‘lead mould’ figures date to circa 1956-58 and are hard to find unbroken and in this condition [Provenance: from the Wiltshire collection of plastic toy soldiers]
