SOLD Airfix Dog Greyhound – Plastic 54mm Scale

Airfix Plastic 1/32nd Scale Figures comprising: Rare dog, Greyhound breed – moulded in chestnut brown plastic, unpainted and marked ‘Made in England’ on underside – These dogs were sold loose, assorted six types, by Airfix under the catalogue number 551L [they were also sold with a kennel of dogs as 551 in 1949] – These rare plastic dogs were marketed by Airfix as speciality toys, ‘ideal for doll’s houses’, and date to circa 1945-50 – Interesting and unusual Airfix model.
