SOLD Britains Horse Roller with PLASTIC Horse – ‘Duck’ Box!

Britains Ltd. Model Home Farm Series, 1/32 scale Die-cast & Plastic Horse-drawn Farm Vehicle, comprising: Set No. 9F – Farm Roller (note: rare PISTACHIO GREEN frame, which we have not seen before in this colour) with Farmhand and (brown) PLASTIC Cart Horse – Roller and Horse are generally near MINT – blue ‘Duck’ type Britains Farm picture box is Excellent (crisp, bright, slight scuffing, original price “4/6” in pencil to one flap), complete with the original packing tissue – this superb farm set, in this box type and under this catalogue number, with farmhand and PLASTIC cart horse, was only listed by Britains in their 1960 trade catalogues [an omission from the Britains section by Peter Wade-Martins of the otherwise excellent “Farming in Miniature” Volume 1 – Very Rare item for the Britains farm collector in such terrific condition.
