SOLD Britains Tractor & Rear Dump Rare Industrial Yellow

We are pleased to be able to offer for sale this highly prized Britains No. 9630 Tractor & ‘Shawnee Poole’ Rear Dump set, with “Puppet” Steering Control Attachment and Loading Spade – finished in very rare industrial yellow livery, only issued for 1964 and 1965; this is the 1965 version with rear tail-lights on tractor’s mudguards, red ‘Super Major’ decals and Ford Style 1 rear wheels (see p112 David Pullen’s Guide to Britains Model Tractors) – complete with box, display plinth and the original complaint slip – model is G overall, with some paint chips, primarily to the bonnet area (note: missing one steering clip and slight damage to one lug of the yellow plastic dump, though still displays very nicely) – box and display plinth are also G with some age wear, scuffing to edges – very rare model for the Britains tractor collector…!
