A rare 1st issue Herald Miniatures Brown Shire Mare [cat. no. H1502] – Offered in near Mint condition with only very minor wear and paint loss – moulded in very early, circa 1955, smooth, waxy brown plastic – hand-painted white blaze, grey mouth, with grey/white flecked fetlocks, black tail and mane – Herald trumpeter trademark on underbelly – scarce and sought after Herald farm animal in this condition [Provenance: from the Herald Glasgow Collection].
