Scarce Poplar Plastics (Wales) Mexican riders, wearing sombreros, riding a soft plastic mule (note that the holes for the donkey cart pegs have been closed over for these riders). The riders themselves are made of PVC vinyl and are in very good original condition. The mule is good (grubby, would benefit from a gentle clean).
