SOLD Timpo Mounted Knight “Richard the Lionheart”

Timpo Toys – designed for solid plastic moulding, hand-painted 1/32 scale – Model No. KN38 – Medieval Knights Series [also known as “Richard the Lionheart”], circa, 1958, comprising: Red Knight mounted on a Rearing White Horse with red caparison, mounted knight has a double sided Lion Banner [Decals] & Kite Shaped Shield decorated with a Red Background & three Gold Lions Passant [Decal] – Amongst the first Timpo figures designed by the legendary designer Norman Tooth. In Good & complete used condition overall, with some age wear, suspicion of possible over-painting to horse and caparison.
