BRITAINS HERALD ‘Wars of the Roses’ 15th Century ‘Swoppet’ Knights – No. H1452 Knight Attacking with Sword, wearing trailing Green favour on Black Horse with White reins, white Jester crest and yellow 8-strap caparison. Knight is complete with sword, visor, red belt, dagger, metal scabbard, red horse saddle (one toe loop broken), light blue shield etc. and is in Very Good Plus condition overall with only minor storage wear, contained in a a Fair, 1st issue Blue (with red trim) Tent pack, age wear, one tab missing to reverse of carton, complete with correct description label…hard to find early pacakging [Provenance: from the ‘New South Wales’ Collection]
