October’s edition of Collector’s Gazette features an interview between Chris Stoner and Barney Brown, titled ‘Collecting Champions’. Barney muses on his plastics beginnings and how he turned a hobby into helping other collectors find those elusive figures to complete their own collections. This month we have for sale a number of much sought after 2nd Series PVC Swoppet Cowboys and Indians, mounted and dismounted, from the ‘Manhattan’ and ‘Sussex’ collections. These highly detailed figures with their exquisitely sculpted horses are very popular with Wild West themed collectors, having only been produced for a relatively short period

Herald collector Daniel Morgan has recently done a stint as Father Christmas at the Kings Lynn Museum. Here Dan is sat in a replica of the Bronze Age “Sea Henge” found on the coast near Kings Lynn.
